Frequently Asked Questions
SUNDAY MORNINGS:
Is there anything for my kids?
We strive to be a church that is equipping people of every age to live fully alive in Christ. So we want to provide environments where children can be taught the good news of Jesus and how to apply it to their lives on a level that makes sense to them at where they’re at developmentally. Right now, as we continue to build up our kids ministry, we offer kids classrooms for newborns and pre-school aged kids. (We’re actively working on getting things set up for a 1-3 grade class.) And all of our children’s ministry workers are experienced and background checked.
How long does the service go for?
We usually end up in the ballpark of 1-1.5 hours.
What’s the “feel” of a Sunday morning?
Without meaning to sound cheesy, we genuinely want it to feel like home. We’re a diverse group of people who are passionate about Jesus and His Word. We genuinely really like each other and you can tell that from the way we spend time together before and after service starts and ends. And during our time together we’re more interested in being authentic than in being impressive. Our worship is contemporary and heartfelt, the preaching is biblical and highly applicable to everyday life, and we often get to hear updates on what our church is up to in our city, state, and the world during our announcement time.
